Gear Pumps

The production of gear pumps is a speciality of Putzin – we estimate customers from the most different branches already since 1958. With a highly competitive program and individually fitted solutions we are able to do just nearly to every requirement. When required the gear pumps and aggregates are laid out for a pressure up to 100 bar, a proof of our program depth and program strength. Precision in the manufacturing every single parts are a condition for the quality of our gear pumps: They are long lasting and reliable.

Horizontal Directional Drilling

With the aid of Horizontal Directinal Drilling you are able to pipe trenchless. The Drills bore between two trenches a subterrain channel and pulls a ductwork for calbes or so on within. For the majority of drillings are diameter up to 700 mm enough. Later through the ductwork will be pushed cables for electric or telecommunication. The drillings could be have multiple hundret of meters. Drillings work with traction and pressure thrust, torque (rotation), flush and dynamic punch. The HDD-System consists of the drilling and a drill fluid system.

Our Drilling Fluid Systems for making bore syspension has established since the last years on all international markets under the well known registered brand names "BENTOMIX®" and "BENTOPUMP®".

Our spectrum shows the whole range of our flexibility: We work on every material - steel, metals or plastic – with extreme precision on modern and efficient production facilities.

Milling, drilling, turning, grinding, jigmaking and assembling - also from complexe machines - bolongs to our range. The manufacturing of gear pumps and aggregates are our spezial product ramge. A modern machinery with cnc-controled machines guaranteed in all cases a quickly and professional machining.

Assembly

Component of our company philosophy is to offer a very comprehensive achievement spectrum to our customers. All assembly works also belong to it: On a surface of 1,000 square metres even complicated arrangements can be mounted including hydraulics, pneumatics and electric installation. Twelve certified employees provide nowadays for the free from problems winding up of the assemblies.
